![]() Four times the firepower, four times the maneuverability, and four times the goofy superdeformed destruction. When it came time to design Metal Slug 2 (and its better-looking brother Metal Slug X), SNK obviously reasoned that even more cute little war machines would go over even better, and so the Super Vehicle 001 was joined by Super Vehicles 002, 003, and 004: the Slug Flyer, the Slugnoid, and the deadly Camel Slug. And to top it all off, the little guy was just so gosh-darn cute, wasn't he? Hearkening back to the tank in SNK's last brilliant commando adventure, Ikari Warriors, the Slug was an embattled infantryman's best friend, with heavy armor to ward off enemy fire and powerful weapons to make sure that their first shot was the last. The Super Vehicle in question was the wonderful mini-tank you could ride through parts of the game. ![]()
